Dr Rachael Morris-Jones trained and qualified at the University of Wales College of Medicine in Cardiff in 1994. She undertook full general medical training at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington leading to MRCP. Prior to studying medicine Dr Morris Jones undertook a degree in Parasitology, and then research at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

During her dermatology training at St John's Institute of Dermatology she completed a PhD in infectious dermatology and gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education. She has worked for 10 years for the GKT School of Medical Education and was the Associate Clinical Dean for 2 years. 

Dr Morris-Jones holds consultant appointments at Skin55 and London Bridge Hospital. She has worked in the NHS for over 23 years and has been a Consultant Dermatologist for over 10 years at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Denmark Hill. 

Dr Morris-Jones has recently written and published a book, 'Dermatologist Tested' which aims to distinguish myths from facts regarding skin, hair and nails in the real world. Follow Dr Morris-Jones on Twitter @DermaTested
