Appointment Booking: You can book directly from via the reception, although many consultants will ask that you book through their private secretary.
Aftercare advice: Aftercare documents are available via the patient portal - you should have received a login to your patient portal providing you registered with an email address when you joined the practice.
Test results are available on the patient portal once they are available and the consultant has authorised their release to you.
You can download your medical record from the patient portal. If you require any assistance in obtaining your medical records then please contact our reception team. The clinic manager will contact your consultant in order to authorise release. For data protection reasons we may need to take steps to confirm your identity before releasing the records. You do not need to apply in writing to obtain your own records, but if you want us to release them to a third party we will request your written consent, unless there is an overriding emergency or statutory duty to release them without your consent (public health information or to a court).
