Health Insurance

In order to use health insurance, you must pre-authorise your treatment with your health insurer, and inform us prior to treatment that you wish to claim your costs via health insurance. In many cases, we can bill the insurance directly, but you may still need to pay an excess to us, depending on the terms of your policy. It is your responsibility to discuss your claim with your insurance.

We accept all major UK insurers and some international ones:

  • BUPA, AXA PPP, Vitality, Cigna, Aviva, Healix, Tricare, Allianz for example

  • Please ask us, if you have another insurer.
