Katie Millett brings you Mindfulness and Meditation for the Modern Mind by Mike Newell.

The ancient teachings of Yoga, Advaita, Toa and Zen have been brought into the 21st century. A series of interactive talks which make mindfulness and meditation applicable to modern day life. Our latest understanding of physics and neuroscience replaces the spirituality and mysticism of traditional practices.

Using simple, yet proven mindfulness and meditation techniques, Mike will empower the audience to find the 'pathway of truth'. The goal of all four ancient teachings.

This course is a series of 4 weekly sessions starting Tuesday 24th April 2018 (1 hour per week until Tuesday 15th May 2018).
